We understand the importance of bringing our customers fast and dependable shipping. We work hard to safely and securely ship your order with the least amount of wait time possible. However, during certain situations, orders may be delayed 3 to 4 business days before shipping. We will notify you via email if this pertains to your order.

How long does it take to receive my order after I place it?
In 99% of cases, orders ship in 1 business day (see below for more details.) All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipments depart from Southern California and can take 2-5 days to arrive to most destinations, but USPS allows up to 7-14 days before considering it not delivered. You will be emailed tracking information once the order has departed. If there are any issues arising from your order please email us at ShopLightItUp@gmail.com and we will help to resolve your order.
Can I ship my order to an address that is different than my billing address?
Yes, you can choose to ship your order to another address. Shipments to a different address can be held for up to 72 hours to allow for effective verification of the order. Due to a high amount of fraud, we must verify that the person purchasing the item is in fact aware and approving the shipment to a different address. Thank you for understanding.
Just choose “Ship to another Address” during the checkout process. Please be sure to completely fill out all contact information accurately for both the “Shipping” and “Billing” sections. All payment methods allow for shipping to another address. Your billing address must match the information your credit card company has associated with the card you are using to pay for your purchase with.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes we do – we can ship to any P.O. Box address. USPS only.
Do you ship COD?
NO- we do not ship COD.
How do I calculate my shipping costs?
The shipping charges will be calculated by weight and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will be shown the cost of shipping as well as given an option to choose a shipping method before finalizing your order.
For fast and reliable shipping, we exclusively ship through USPS Mail. Orders received before 12pm PT (Mon-Fri) are usually shipped the same day, however we do reserve the right to take up to 2 business days to process your order before shipping out. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time. Please note USPS does not deliver on Sundays and national holidays. Eledank.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
We ship responsibly and package all of our orders in standard USPS Mail Packaging. If the order is particularly fragile, we may use stickers or tape indicating FRAGILE or FRAGILE GLASS, if required.
Tracking your Package
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number and links to track your order online at the shipping carriers’ website. Again, we cannot guarantee the delivery time estimates we receive from USPS.
Once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the USPS tracking system, we will do all we can to ensure that it arrives without unnecessary delays. However, Eledank.com cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen and unavoidable delays while the package is in the care of USPS. Also, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, we are not liable for unverified addresses. To prevent delay or possibly even additional fees, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is en route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or additional fees charged to customer by the shipping carrier.
The USPS delivery person at his or her discretion may choose to leave the package at the door. Eledank.com will not take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered. We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and that there be someone over the age of 18 to receive the package when it arrives.
Orders do not ship on national holidays. Please consider that when you are ordering three day, two day, or one day shipping. Any orders placed on the days listed below will not ship out until the next business day:
